Areas of service include Dickson, White Bluff, Burns, Fairview, Kingston Springs, Vanleer, and Charlotte.
Openings are limited, but we are accepting applications for
new clients under 30 lbs and Cats.

Is mobile right for your pet?
Mobile can be a great choice for dogs who do not do well with car rides or around other dogs. But there are a few considerations. If your dogs doesn't do well with being dried and groomed from start to finish, mobile may not be the right fit. If your dog is aggressive or requires a lot of breaks due to age or physical problems, mobile may not be the right fit. Mobile is a premium and luxury option, so mobile grooming costs are quite a bit higher than salon prices. Small dog grooms (under 10lbs) start at $115. But remember, this gets your excellent grooming service that comes right to your door. And is typically complete in a much shorter time frame.

FAQs
Do I need to be home?
No! We are happy to follow instructions you leave on how to securely retrieve your pet from your home and make sure they get back in safely. Most of our clients pay for their service via texted invoice even with home.

Where do you do the grooming and how does that work?
We operate out of a converted ambulance. So we need adequate space for a vehicle of that size to safely park. The ambulance has its own power and water. So there will be some truck and generator noise. The water does release directly out to the ground during the services, but its just water and some eco friendly soap that is often dry within minutes of us leaving but we do like to make sure people are aware of that. Your pet will walk with us to the truck, get their bath and/or groom, and return right to the comfor of their home! The mess is all contained in our space not yours!

Can I have my pet on a set/standing schedule?
Yes, in fact we HIGHLY recommend it! We have limited space to add new pets at this time.

WELCOME BILLIE'S GROOMING CLIENTS!

You may have already heard the news by now that Billie is retiring from grooming here locally, and about to go on a grand adventure of seeing the country! We are super excited for her, but we know our community is sad to see her go. We were honored when she reached out to see if we might be interested in adding her clients to our Milk & Honey Family, and that she trusted us to care for each one of you after she's gone. ​

So we created this page to introduce ourselves a little, answer some common questions, and hopefully reduce any fears you have. We know finding the right person for your fur baby is a big deal and can be scary, espcially when you were happy with the person you had. So we want to know we are here to help make this transition easier, answer any questions, and as always, we view our role as a partner in caring for your pet.

Who will be grooming my dog now?
Milk & Honey's owner, Hallie will be taking over Billie's route for the foreseeable future. She has been grooming almost 25 years, has worked in both salons and mobile, and has Fear Free Handler training. She sees most of our "Special needs" pets at the salon, who are dogs who need a little more time, advanced handling, and just a little extra love and patience. She loves making clients happy, and is excited to meet you and your pups in the coming months. You can read more about her and her experience on the "Meet the Team" page

​How will this all work? Will my schedule change?
We will be taking over her current route and aim to make as few changes as possible. The means of communication will stay the same (though as we take over her scheduling software it may changed the phone number on their internal systems, we'll keep you posted), paying invoices, and scheduling will remain the same. The only known change we will have to make is that we will temporarily not be running the mobile route on Wednesdays, as Hallie has many request clients at the Storefront Salon we will be working with that day. We do hope to expand the available days and times in the future.

Will anything change with my price or way we pay?
No, pricing and methods of payment will stay the same, we accept cash, check, credit card and venmo.

What if I have a concern or even a complaint?
We want to know! We want to help! And we want to get it right! We aim to get your groom the way you expect, each groomer is different so please give us feedback on anything that needs to be shorter/longer, etc, our goal is to get it right for you!

We want to make this transition as easy as possible, and we thank you ahead of time for giving us the change, and the trust to work with your fur babies. We also ask for some grace was we learn a new route, a new truck, and get to know all of you and your fur babies.
